Welcome to Brigstock Latham's CE Primary School
Supporting your Child's Education
As a school we work hard to ensure that all children and staff reach their full potential. We care for one another and our school environment; we share values of creativity and commitment and we believe that our Christian ethos underpins everything that we do. Our vision statement sums up all that we hope for within our school, and we hope that we enable every child to experience ‘Life in all its fullness’ (John 10:10)
We endeavour to create a broad, rich curriculum that is exciting, meaningful and relevant to our children. We enable our children to achieve highly within each year group and we also aim to prepare our children fully for their next phase in education and the wider world around them.
We are a school that is an integral part of the village community and we are fully involved in a range of village events throughout the year; we believe that this gives our school a unique identity. We are a Church of England primary school, and Christian values are an integral part of each school day. We work closely with the church, and have a long history of working in partnership with the whole church community.
We provide many opportunities for our children that extend beyond the classroom and a walk around our school will show you how highly we value creativity in all its forms. We are also involved in a full range of extra-curricular activities and our children always impress us with their commitment, resilience and sportsmanship. Our values of resilience, reflectiveness, readiness and resourcefulness are reflected in all that we do, and underpin our approach to becoming successful learners within school.
I am proud to lead this school into the future.
